Contract support for Clients' international activities
Contract consultancy services carried out by Albera & Albera Law Firm Ltd operating within the Gemana Group, are aimed at assisting Clients in any legal issues concerning international private law which the setting up of a new group is faced with.
More specifically Gemana assists its Client in dealing with business, company and tax laws, coordinating international contracts and documentation.
Gemana can assist its Clients in matters of legal and tax due diligence or carry out an "Across due diligence" service as an integrated part of its Company Global Checking services. This service provides the Client with a clear analysis of critical aspects of the business or its operations and assesses them from the point of view of a potential investor or as a possible future target for a merger. This enables the Client to mitigate risk in the investment phase or minimise the risk of taking onboard unprofitable third party investors.
Along with legal and contractual business consultancy services Gemana can also provide special support in specific problem areas. This is carried out through partnerships with Law Firms and external Professionals whose names are listed in the professional registers for the areas they operate in, and who can coordinate legal operations at an international level.
