Our mission within the complex International Tax Service sector does not merely focus on offering consultancy services but on finding the best solution, one that ensures that taxes are correctly applied, importantly keeping the assurance, the correctness and the coherence of the new strategic planning out and of the newly set up group, balancing the impact that the international structure potentially has on production flows, on decision making and on the company's financial policy, also in connection with new criteria such as provided for by the Basel 2 prescriptions and applied as from 1st January 2008 in the whole Banking sector.
