Abstract
This book provides key information on how to apply for and obtain the funding announced during the first call for applications covered by Law 488 dedicated to small businesses.
The Guide to Law 488 is a simple and practical manual to be used to interpret a new law which has made a point of introducing simplified procedures. The logic subject of the book is split in five sections, in addition to an appendix containing different laws which can be used as a first guide to applicable legislation.
The five sections deal with different potential users and guide them through "What is Law 488 for small businesses", "How to apply" and "How long does it take". It looks at real cases, helps assess eligibility and compatibility with what is on offer.
The book, which goes from theory to practical scenarios, includes the forms required to apply, including explanations and advice on how to successfully fill in the ministerial software application forms.
